Syd Digi was founded on a simple observation: the same psychology that makes customers choose your product is what makes employees embrace new systems. Marketing and change management aren't separate disciplines—they're the same craft applied to different audiences. We built a firm that masters both.

Our journey began with a recognition that organisations struggle with the same fundamental challenge from multiple angles: how do you change behaviour? Startups struggle to get customers to notice and choose their products. Enterprises invest millions in new systems that employees resist adopting. Marketing campaigns launch but fail to shift purchase decisions. The common thread? People weren't brought along for the journey.
We built Syd Digi to bridge these gaps.
